MySQL supports the SQL standard integer types
INTEGER
(or INT
) and
SMALLINT
. As an extension to the standard,
MySQL also supports the integer types
TINYINT
, MEDIUMINT
, and
BIGINT
. The following table shows the
required storage and range for each integer type.
